ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders process and shipped within 4 - 7 working Days ( excluding weekend )
Next-Day Shipping is available for new releases and restocks marked with '' NEXT DAY SHIPPING in their description or Social media caption.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are proud to offer ️International Shipping with on all items! Provides tracking and secure checkout for all orders , Except for customers living in Island and rural regions.
Canada & US orders shipping time 3 - 7 working days.
International delivery is about 7-15 working days and the delivery time is subject to the exact country.
PRE-ORDER TIME
For pre-orders and customized products orders please allow
3 - 4 Weeks to process before shipping. For Hoodies, jogger and Tracksuits 4 - 6 Weeks.
Current pre-order items :
During this time, The quantity ordered are sent to our manufacturer to start producing your products. At the end of the production , the manufacturer send us your products , when we have it unhand. we carefully assemble and pack your orders in preparation for dispatch. This process can take 1-3 working days.
Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers and order confirmations are emailed once your order is shipped.
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days via CANADA POST /UPS.
- International orders may take longer and are best shipped with CANADA POST /UPS for speed and reliability.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
- We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
- For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
- CANADA POST/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.
- UPS (for international orders): Handles claims, reimbursements, and locating packages.
Shipping address changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please ensure you leave a correct and complete delivery address (the apartment should show the unit number). Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delayed or failed deliveries. Your order will only be shipped once and only to the address listed when ordering.
Any additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
If a customer chooses to cancel an order after the first shipment fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, the specified flat rate shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. ($20 US, AU, Canada, $25 International.)

We are not responsible for any extensions in productivity caused by our external manufacturers. Production timelines can be subject to variability due to the nature of certain items.

SHIPPING TIME
In most cases, For Canada & US orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days, except for pre-order products which makes 3 - 4 weeks for T-shirts and 4 - 6 weeks for hoodie and any other custom products.
International delivery is about 7-10 working days and the delivery time is subject to the exact country.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Any additional costs (such as border taxes) must be borne by the customer. We are always available for any enquiries via Info.silenceclo@gmail.com.
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable entry duties, taxes and any other charges imposed by local customs. All international packages are shipped DDU (Duty and Tax Unpaid), which means that these charges are not included in the price of items purchased from our website. You are responsible for paying these fees to receive the package. If applicable, we cannot advise what these charges may be. Please contact your country's customs office for estimated costs and rates for packages arriving from overseas.
LOST PACKAGE

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Info.silenceclo@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If the item is not marked as delivered and is not delivered within 30 days of the ship date, we will replace your order for free.
